Clinical data & ML platform
Making model results reproducible
For a clinical ML platform, I established clear data contracts and deterministic workflows that supported reproducible model development and handoffs. Training and validation kept participants separate, so the same person’s data couldn’t appear in both.
Subscription platform
Understanding customers, revenue, and churn
Subscription analytics I built reconciled customer identities, subscriptions, revenue, and churn across web, mobile, billing, and warehouse sources. The models, quality checks, and reports gave business teams clear definitions for billing evidence, current access, and customer state.

Seeing what happens to each newsletter
Swipe News ingests newsletters with an audit trail of what was selected, saved, skipped, or failed. That trail made it possible to inspect the processing without changing how the feed behaved, and to roll changes out in controlled steps.
